部门介绍：
Hello everyone, thank you for your interest in the UTCGA’s PR Department. Ultimately, the PR department focuses on communicating effectively with the UTCGA and University of Toronto community. We’re often involved with outreach with other student groups and seek collaboration efforts that are mutually beneficial. From promoting student groups that are recruiting new members, to sharing volunteer opportunities, and advertising social events, the PR department focuses on ensuring we’re not only spreading awareness to UTCGA events, but also connecting with others.
工作内容：
- PR team members are tasked with reviewing/editing public posts, newsletters and emails related to UTCGA. They must also seek opportunities for partnerships and collaboration with other student groups and communities. Maintaining communication among other student groups and communities is also vital. Other tasks include collaborating with the events department for outreach events, ticketing for major events, as well as communicating with the media department when we have things to advertise or share.

- Organized and able to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Responds to member questions and comments in a timely manner (during working hours on a weekday, I’m a strict believer of keeping your weekends free)
- Flexible with online meetings
- Comfortable with meeting new people and juggling various collaborations with other student groups
